*Theme:* The options I included are limited and you can only choose one. If you have other theme details in mind (ex. minimalistic, Ghibli themed, etc.) you can put it in the additional notes field.
*Additional notes:* Add as much detail as you want. Lots of pictures? No pictures? Gif icons? You can also request for specific pages (i.e. academic planner, finance, journal, etc.)
